How is the technical scope defined?
The recipe or operating procedure, target capacity, raw-material properties, existing building dimensions, interfaces and preferred automation level are used to establish the project basis.
Once the process flow and equipment list are agreed, the work is divided into manufacturing, procurement, site installation, testing and commissioning packages.
