Product / process description
Turnkey chemical process plant designed from raw-material receipt to final product according to the recipe and chemical properties. Process safety, emission handling and energy integration form part of the design.
Technical characteristics and design scope
- Listing example: 50 L AISI 304L vessel, 3 mm sheet, double jacket.
- Heating: 3 × 7.5 kW AISI 316 elements; internal/jacket PT100 sensing.
- Removable DN100 column; horizontal condenser and reflux line.
- 20 L fraction receiver and cold trap are stated.
- Feed composition, stages, reflux, condensers and heat integration.
- Raw-material receipt, dosing, reaction/mixing, transfer and storage are sequenced.
- Equipment is selected for temperature, vapor handling and chemical compatibility.
