A process vessel developed around storage, preparation or mixing duties. Vessel geometry and operating conditions are selected according to the product rheology and production requirements.
Technical characteristics and design scope
- Advertised capacity: 1 m³; material: AISI 304L; internal diameter Ø1050 mm.
- Internal shell and dished bottom 2 mm; 60 mm mineral wool insulation.
- Motor 1.1 kW at 1400 rpm; gearbox output 14 rpm.
- Hot-water roll-bond jacket: 8 bar working, 10 bar test pressure.
- Anchor agitator; PT100 sensing and hot-water circulation are specified.
- Low-shear mixing matched to chocolate rheology and heat control.
- Atmospheric, vacuum or pressurized duty is defined during process design.
